Our floor is still pretty rough, but as you go down, they're closer to complete. The first level appears to have most of the wiring and plumbing in (but no flooring or fixtures or drywall yet). The halls are all drywalled though. We snooped through the whole building, and are still very happy with our choice - it's so bright and sunny and airy! (The biggest, best unit on the top floor is pretty awesome, but apparently it was the first unit sold in the building - plus it was out of our price range, hard to believe...)
Anyways, to the first photo. This is the view from the entry / home office area to the living room. It's so much brighter than our current place! We were there around 1 pm, and it looked like we would have had sun in the apartment for an hour or so already. (This will the cure to next year's January blues!) The ceiling, beams, pipes, sprinklers, wiring, etc. are all going to be painted out white, which will look pretty hot awesome.
This is taken from the corner of the dining room, with my back to the kitchen pantry. We're just so disappointed that the windows are so puny..... ;-) The one on the right goes down to about Steve's knees behind the drywall. The living space is actually a good size - obviously, it's not huge by detached home standards, but it's not tiny either.
Here's the other window, in the bedroom. Looks to be almost 4 by 8! Isn't that crazy?
This is one of the finished casings from the first floor. I should have put something in for scale, but I'd guess it's about 8 or 10 inches deep. We're going to have so many plants!
This one isn't of our unit - it's the same floorplan, but on the fourth floor. The ceilings are lower, which is annoying, but not as annoying as the smaller windows and the bulkhead that almost overlaps with the window.
And this is the photo I'll leave you with - all three of our windows - I love them already! Plus there are quite a few nice big trees between us and the buildings next door, so it'll be very green in the summer. It didn't look like it'll be too much of an issue for privacy either (which is good - I think window coverings are going to be pricey!).

Looks sweet, Kenz. You could totally make your own curtains, or tell me the measurements and I'll do them for you ;)
"Pretty hot awesome"!! I can already see it filled with plants so who needs curtains. I didn't see a picture of my room....
